We've had visits from two authors this school term!
On October 6, "Cowgirl" Peg Sundberg from Wyoming introduced us to her series of books that use her horses and dogs in entertaining stories that deliver character-building messages.

Next, on December 4, Georgia author, Kay Heath, visited us and shared her books which are stories of life in a small Southwest Georgia town in the late fifties.

Our annual Book Character Parade was held on November 18. Some of the participants were very famous (and cute) characters! The winners are pictured below.
